Re-modify double-jump mechanics

The jumping mechanics must be redone to:

Not allow jumping conditions

  • Compute normals of touched object
  • Preventing jumping inside of tubes or fully enclosed objects

Pause momentum during second jump, allowing repositioning

  • Velocity is currently too prohibiting

Give no advantage to speed, prevent spam-jumping

  • Make sure drag coefficients are similar
  • Debug linear speed, velocity

Adjust jump heights to standard level geometries

  • Compute to slightly above the heights of fixed block heights
  • Test against jumping into vertical tubes
